Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join a team that puts people first. You’ll help individuals develop daily living skills and life activities to live as independently as possible, with thorough training provided.

You’ll assist with personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, safety monitoring, and supporting personal goals, while demonstrating empathy and strong communication. If you’re a natural helper, an active listener, a patient teacher, and a proactive advocate, you’ll thrive

Qualifications

Desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. Training provided.
Must be 18 years of age.
Valid U.S. driver's license, where applicable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Frequent physical activity: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting and balancing.
Lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs, transferring 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development of daily living skills by creating an environment where people can learn and grow.
Help people identify and achieve goals to live their best life.
Monitor comfort and safety while meeting medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
Provide emotional support while assisting with housekeeping, meal prep and laundry.
