Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED, or relevant caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving history
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to complete required background checks
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and provide hands-on support
• Help individuals with personal care, meals, medication reminders, and daily routines
• Promote greater independence through life skills and daily activities
• Support community involvement, recreational activities, and social connections
• Provide patient, respectful care to individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
