Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time role to help individuals live more independent, connected lives. You’ll build relationships, provide hands-on support, and encourage personal growth in daily activities.

You’ll be paid daily with On-Demand Pay and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match; training and promotion paths are available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED or relevant caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving history.
• Reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
