Sevita is seeking compassionate direct care professionals to join ResCare Community Living in New Brighton, MN. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently at home and in the community, helping with daily activities, personal hygiene, and meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.

• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure participant safety and wellbeing.
