Job summary

Sevita’s ResCare Community Living in Minnesota is seeking compassionate caregivers to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in the community. You’ll build meaningful relationships, support daily living skills, and help participants reach personal goals with patience and respect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
