Job summary

Lehigh Valley Companion Care Homes LLC in Whitehall, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate personal care and daily living support in our care homes. You will assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily routines while promoting independence and safety.

The role includes administering medications, documenting schedules, and engaging residents in recreational and community activities to foster well-being and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are a plus).
• Previous experience in direct care is preferred but not required training is provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina and ability to assist with transfers and other care needs.
