Job summary

Lehigh Valley Companion Care Homes LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in our care homes in Coplay, PA. This part-time position runs Monday evenings 3-11pm and offers paid training and flexible scheduling after an initial three-week period.

You will assist with personal care, monitor health, document tasks, and promote independence in a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus).
• Direct care experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina and ability to assist with transfers and other care needs.
