Job summary

The Center for Humanistic Change of NJ, Inc is looking for 2 part-time Direct Support Professionals for their Andover Group Home. Each position pays $19.50 per hour with a total of 26 hours weekly and offers support for daily activities to residents.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license are also required. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided.

Job description

The CHCNJ Andover (Green Township) Group Home is seeking 2 Part‑time Direct Support Professionals. Both positions pay $19.50 per hour.

Hours

Position 1 (26 hours total): Sunday 10 am–8 pm, Monday 4–10 pm, Tuesday 4–9 pm, Wednesday 4–9 pm (plus every other Wednesday Staff Meeting 9–11 am).

Position 2 (26 hours total): Wednesday 4–10 pm (plus every other Wednesday Staff Meeting 9–11 am), Thursday 4–9 pm, Friday 4–9 pm, Saturday 10 am–8 pm.

Minimum requirements for employment at CHCNJ:

• 18 Years of Age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable Driving Record

Part‑time benefits include paid holiday and sick time.

Previous DSP experience is not necessary. All training will be provided for the new DSP after hire.
