Job summary

Center for Humanistic Change of NJ, Inc. (CHCNJ) seeks Direct Support Professionals for the Stillwater/ Newton area in a group home environment. Positions include Full-time, Part-time or Substitute roles and pay $19.50 per hour. Afternoon, evening and weekend hours are available to fit diverse schedules.

Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma or GED, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Training is provided; CHCNJ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Support to individuals with developmental disabilities as part of CHCNJ group home teams.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care and community integration under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with supervisors, families and interdisciplinary teams.

The CHCNJ Stillwater (Newton) NJ Group Home is seeking Full-time, Part-time or Substitute Direct Support Professionals. These positions pay $19.50 per hour. Afternoon, evening and weekend hours are available.

Minimum requirements for employment at CHCNJ:

• 18 Years of Age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable Driving Record
