Job summary

Center for Humanistic Change of NJ, Inc. is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to assist five adults with developmental disabilities at the White Twp. Belvidere group home, from 6 AM to 10 AM, Monday through Friday.

This 20-hour position offers meaningful, hands-on support in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include helping with daily tasks, personal care, dressing, safety, and keeping accurate records of activities and progress.

Qualifications

• 18 Years of Age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable Driving Record
• Previous DSP experience is not necessary. All training will be provided for the new DSP after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist five adults with daily tasks from 6AM to 10AM, Monday through Friday.
• Provide support with personal care, dressing, and daily routines while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and progress.

The CHCNJ White Twp. (Belvidere) NJ Group Home is seeking one part‑time Direct Support Professional to provide extra support to five adults with developmental disabilities, from 6AM until 10AM, Monday through Friday. This 20‑hour position pays $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include assistance with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing and getting ready for the day while ensuring safety and well-being, and maintaining accurate documentation of daily activities and progress.

Minimum requirements for employment at CHCNJ:

• 18 Years of Age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable Driving Record
