Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with no more than five points.
• Ability to pass background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Strong communication and independent work skills.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of someone’s everyday life- helping with routines, encouraging personal choice, supporting community involvement, and celebrating progress along the way. Whether you’re beginning your career in human services or looking for work with purpose, you’ll receive the training and support needed to succeed.

Position at a Glance

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Schedule: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Weekend Availability: Required
Pay: $20.70-$24.70 per hour
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

  Keep Communication & Documentation on Track
• Complete electronic documentation, daily service notes, medication records, and required reports accurately and on time.
• Share important updates and concerns with supervisors, coworkers, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Work collaboratively with the residential team to maintain consistent, high-quality services.

• Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, screenings, and agency onboarding requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and sound judgment.
