Paid training is provided, and both full-time and part-time openings with flexible scheduling are available. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are preferred; NYS driver's license with at least one year of driving is required; no experience needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with developmentally delayed and disabled is a plus.
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Help individuals build independence and life skills.
• Support with cooking, cleaning, and daily routines.
• Provide hands-on assistance with mobility and care.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Complete documentation per OPWDD guidelines.
