Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our program in Marlton and Mercer County, NJ. No experience required—we provide PAID training and support you as you help individuals maintain independence and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; own transportation preferred.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and daily living skills.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks to promote independence.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to help residents achieve personal goals.
