Connections in Ohio is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide supported living services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Summit homes. You will help residents with daily living, support their independence, and participate in community outings.

Qualifications

• Energetic and passionate individual.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Ohio Driver License (4 points or less) and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to reach personal goals and independence.
• Provide transportation to community activities.
• Meal preparation and household tasks.
• Attend medical appointments and assist with medications.
