Connections in Ohio is seeking an energetic and passionate Direct Support Professional to provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga County homes. The role includes daily living assistance, transportation to outings, and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid Ohio Driver License (4 points or less) and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in reaching personal goals and daily living activities.
• Transport individuals to community outings and appointments.
• Assist with household cleaning and daily living tasks.
• Support individuals to participate in community activities and programs.
