Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Middletown to join our team. No experience required—paid training is provided, and you will help individuals reach their fullest potential by assisting with daily living activities under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision.
• Encourage, mentor, and coach residents to achieve goals.
• Maintain living area cleanliness and report progress.
• Participate in training and follow program procedures.
