Job summary

Northeast Residential Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide 24/7 support for adults with developmental disabilities and Autism in their homes in Warren, ME. No experience is required as paid training is provided.

You will help residents gain independence through daily living skills and community integration, following individualized plans. Join a dedicated team and contribute to meaningful, supportive care in a home-like setting with shifts including holidays and varying

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish a caring rapport and safe environment.
• Engage residents in activities and community outings.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Follow individual service plans and support protocols.
• Assist with daily housekeeping and personal care.
