Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities across all shifts. You will implement individualized plans, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain health, safety, and documentation in residential or community sites.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, requires a valid NYS Driver’s License, and includes paid training to build the necessary care skills in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid NYS Driver's License.
• No previous experience required; paid training provided.
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized plans and attend to personal care needs.
• Oversee health, safety and well-being of people we support and keep nurses advised.
• Participate in agency activities and transport people to community activities.
• Assist in daily housekeeping and other facility duties and maintain documentation.
