Job summary

The New Jersey Institute for Disabilities (NJID) is hiring Overnight Direct Support Professionals to assist residents with daily living activities in a residential setting. Awake during the shift.

Responsibilities include assisting daily living activities, medication administration, light housekeeping, transportation, and data entry in Therap EHR. Qualifications include HS diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; no certification required.

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license in good standing and insurable via NJID.
• Strong communication skills.

• A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance.

Position Details:

Location: Old Bridge County: Middlesex

Hours Per Work Week: 32 Weekly Work Schedule:Thurs10p-8a, Fri & Sat 10p-9a

Other shifts are available at this location.

NJID has full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Somerset Counties.
