Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work closely with clients, providing individualized support and a positive, empowering environment to help them live more autonomous lives.

Part-time to full-time positions are available; evenings, weekends and holidays may be required. Training is provided and mileage is reimbursed.

Job description

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – DSPs play a pivotal role in helping individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities lead more autonomous lives, pursue their personal interests, and actively participate in their communities.

As a DSP, you’ll work closely with clients, providing individualized support and fostering a positive and supportive environment. Previous experience is beneficial but not required, as we provide training. We also offer flexible scheduling options and reimbursements for mileage.

Part‑time to full‑time positions are available. Evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.
