Job summary

Acas Inc is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Manassas Park, VA to provide compassionate care and assist with daily living activities for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will support clients in personal care, meals, hygiene, and community integration while documenting progress and collaborating with families to create effective care plans. Flexible hours and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to helping others.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual client needs.
