Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work Sunday through Wednesday, 9:00pm–9:00am at our Fairfax location. You will empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity and independence in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, documenting progress, administering medications where required, and promoting community engagement. Training is provided, with a pathway for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in disability services is preferred but training is provided.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving history requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications per policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Utilize approved behavior support techniques.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Some roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs.
