Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) on-call for Grand Rapids, MI. You will help individuals build independence through daily living support, community activities, and personal development, in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license are required or strongly preferred.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
