Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on helping individuals build independence through daily living support, community involvement and skills development.

You will assist with ADLs, transportation and activities, foster trust and independence, and maintain a safe, structured environment while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.
