Job summary

Crest Services, a faith-based nonprofit in Minnesota, is seeking a Direct Support Professional House Mentor to support residents and mentor new DSP team members. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, a starting wage of $19.00 per hour plus a sign-on bonus, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, team-focused culture.

What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional House Mentor, you’ll play an important role in supporting residents while helping train and mentor new team members to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
