Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver license or state ID.
• Successful completion of a drug screen.
• Background check must meet company standards (no significant disqualifiers).
• CPR & First Aid certification, or complete MSHN CPR/First Aid class within 30 days of employment; certification repeated every 2 years.
• Good communication skills and organization and prioritization of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents are safe and under proper supervision at all times.
• De-escalate residents to maintain group safety and help regain self-control.
• Accurately document incidents and shift notes; maintain required checklists and memos.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal hygiene as needed by residents.
• Prepare meals following the weekly menu and label/store leftovers appropriately.
