Easter Seals Tennessee Inc is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities learn, work and play in their communities. Based in our person-supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.

DSPs may also facilitate community involvement and support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life for those we support.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
