Job summary

The Chimes, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Randallstown, MD to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity and independence.

You'll follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and document progress in a supportive team environment. Starting at $20.25 per hour, this role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train!).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving history requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing).
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications per policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Use approved behavior support techniques.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Travel may be required to Residential and Day programs.
