Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with residents and foster a safe, supportive relationship.
• Provide guidance during skills-building activities.
• Implement individualized treatment and positive support plans.
• Assist with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and environment.
• Support healthy eating, physical activity, and wellness choices.
• Maintain safety, document progress, and follow licensing requirements.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; maintain certifications.
