Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.
• Customer-service approach with strong problem-solving and time management.
• Must read/write/speak English for effective communication and documentation.
• Must pass a background check and meet other employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and housekeeping services.
• Assist residents in developing or executing independent living skills.
• Provide written and/or electronic communication.
• Accompany residents to appointments via van transport when necessary.
