Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse individuals.
• Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving and time/shif priorities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for communication and documentation.
• Must pass a background check and meet other employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and housekeeping services to residents.
• Assist residents in developing or executing independent living skills.
• Provide written and/or electronic communication about care.
• Accompany residents to appointments or events with van transport when needed.
