We Three Care Adult Residential Facility in Riverside, CA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide daily living assistance, support residents in activities, and help maintain a safe, caring home environment. The role includes administering medications under supervision, coordinating with staff to implement care plans, and promoting resident well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and a compassionate, flexible approach to care, including weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Experience in direct care or caregiving roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents and personal care.
• Support residents in social and recreational activities.
• Administer medications and monitor health as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents.
• Document daily activities and report changes in condition.
• Collaborate with team to develop personalized care plans.
• Assist with transportation and errands as needed.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents and families.
