Job summary

Shema Kolainu-Hear Our Voices is a private nonprofit school and center dedicated to supporting children with autism and related developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide direct support to students, including daily living skills, behavioral supports, and therapy assistance.

Experience supporting students with autism and developmental disabilities.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication with staff and families.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to students with autism, including daily living skills, behavioral supports, and therapy assistance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and BIPs.
Communicate effectively with staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and support.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and interventions.
