Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with autism, including daily living skills, behavioral supports, and therapy assistance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Communicate effectively with staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and interventions.
