Job summary

Shema Kolainu-Hear Our Voices is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist children with autism in daily living, communication, and therapy activities within our educational program.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement IEPs and BIPs, support ABA, speech, OT, and PT services, and maintain accurate progress records while engaging families in the care plan.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.
• Willingness to support ABA, speech, OT and PT services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with autism.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Communicate with staff, families and healthcare providers to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
