Dungarvin Inc is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in New Castle, Indiana. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $15.75 per hour with a retention bonus of $1500 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful background clearance required as part of onboarding.
• Good reading, writing and communication skills to document care and follow plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety and personal growth of individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving, dressing, bathing and toileting.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
