The role requires documenting care, following plans, and working with a dedicated team to promote independence. We offer competitive pay at $18.81 per hour, with FT and PT shifts, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn sign language if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including toileting and daily routines.
• Supervise, document, and report on individuals receiving services.
• Attend mandated trainings and meetings for skill proficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment on shift.
• Collaborate with a compassionate team to promote independence.
