Indera is seeking a 1:1 Part-Time Direct Support Professional in Clay, NY to support an 18-year-old female client with community activities and social engagement. The role requires patience, creativity, and reliability to help her participate in events, crafts, and outings while ensuring safety.

• Must have technology to download multiple apps for community use and follow policy.

1:1 Part-Time Support Staff Needed – Clay, NY (KAD – LH)

18-year-old female living in Clay looking for part-time Direct Support Professional to assist her with going out into the community and interacting with her peers. She is looking for a DSP that can take her to Friday night Magic the Gathering in Clay and other community events. She enjoys gaming, does crafts and has a cat.

The ideal candidate is creative and engaging, active and patient, and willing to travel to different locations. The ideal candidate should be active and willing to go on long walks, go to the library, take her Friends connections events and Festivals as well as other activities of interest.

This is a part-time position, but additional hours are available with other people receiving services at the agency.

Looking for service on Thursdays and Fridays ideally from 4-10 pm.

Starting pay is $19.25/hour and increases with years of relevant experience.
