• New York State drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record required.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.

A 53-year-old male living in Camillus is seeking a Direct Support Professional. He enjoys going to the YMCA for physical activity and participating in community outings such as bowling at Flamingo Bowl and walking at Destiny USA mall.

The ideal candidate is patient, personable, and committed to helping him access the community while being responsive and open to supporting his individual needs.

Hours and days of work

Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s 9AM-2:00PM. With some flexibility as agreed upon.
