Responsibilities

• Support the individual in workouts and basketball activities at the YMCA.
• Assist and accompany the individual as they participate in peer-related groups.
• Work Monday–Thursday 4PM–8:00PM with some flexibility.
• Provide in-home and community support to help the individual access activities.

A 16-year-old individual is looking for a Direct Support Professional to support them in Cicero. The individual is interested in working out and playing basketball at the YMCA.

The ideal candidate is someone who is active, likes to workout, play basketball, is open-minded, and is willing to provide support while the individual access peer-related groups.

This is a part-time position, but additional hours are available with other people receiving services. at the agency.

Hours and days of work: Monday-Thursday 4PM-8:00PM. With some flexiability as agreed upon.

Pay rate: Starting Rate $19.25
