Job summary

Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Bristol, CT. The role focuses on individualized, person-directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism.

You will help with daily living skills, personal care, and advocacy for health and wellness in a home environment, while promoting inclusion and community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism.
• Create a healthy and engaging home setting and teach daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and advocate for health and wellness of the people served.
• Support inclusion and community participation through meaningful activities.
