Job summary

Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Connecticut. You will provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, or autism in inclusive community settings.

Responsibilities include creating a healthy home environment, teaching daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication skills and basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances and verifications.

Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults by creating a healthy and engaging home setting, teaching and assisting with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating the health and wellness of the people we support.

Job details:

Casual/Per Diem hours available $20.50 per hour
Full Time $20.75 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

• High School or equivalent
• Effective communication and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
