Job summary

In Good Company is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on support in clients' homes and communities across New Jersey. Positions available are both full-time and part-time, with comprehensive training provided for IDD support.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, documentation per NJ DDD requirements, and collaboration with families and care teams to ensure respectful, person-centered care. Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with IDD preferred, but training provided.
• Able to follow individualized care plans and document accurately.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

In Good Company Care and Supports provides home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team — both full-time and part-time positions available.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their homes and communities




• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks




• Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and outings




• Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans as directed




• Administer medication as trained and authorized (where applicable)




• Document services provided accurately and in accordance with NJ DDD requirements




• Communicate regularly with families, care team members, and agency staff regarding the individual's needs and progress




• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment at all times

What We're Looking For
