Job summary

In Good Company Care and Supports is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home and community-based support across New Jersey. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants who are compassionate, reliable, and patient.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and accompany individuals to appointments and outings, following individualized care plans. Training is provided; valid driver’s license preferred.

In Good Company Care and Supports provides home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team — both full-time and part-time positions available.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their homes and communities




• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks




• Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and outings




• Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans as directed




• Administer medication as trained and authorized (where applicable)




• Document services provided accurately and in accordance with NJ DDD requirements




• Communicate regularly with families, care team members, and agency staff regarding the individual's needs and progress




• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment at all times

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required — we provide training
