DDRC is seeking a Direct Support Professional in the Denver area (Lakewood or Littleton) to provide hands-on, compassionate support in a day program. This onsite role emphasizes dignity, respect, and choice as you help individuals build life skills and independence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year paid work or related volunteer experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Empathy and a passion for supporting others.
• Valid driver's license with clean record per policy.
• Willingness to drive a large van.

Responsibilities

• Coach life skills and encourage social engagement.
• Provide individualized supports for independence.
• Lead or assist with activities and community-based events.
• Complete timely documentation.
• Foster belonging and inclusion with individuals, team, and community.
• Provide transportation using DDRC vehicles.
