Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, under the supervision of the House Manager, to foster independence and growth.

Pay rate is $18.13/hr. Schedule includes Monday and Wednesday 4p-12a, Saturday 8-4, and Sunday 4-12. We are seeking caring, dedicated caregivers ready to start fast.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred.
• NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
• Ensure safety and well-being under supervision of the House Manager.
• Encourage independence and personal growth for residents.
• Maintain a respectful, supportive, and caring environment.
