Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Broomall, PA to join our team. This DSP role supports individuals with daily living activities, and provides guidance and coaching under the supervision of the House Manager.

No experience required; paid training; the pay rate is $18.58–$20.58 per hour with an Enhanced Pay option. Shifts include Sunday and Monday, with additional schedules available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Participate in program activities and document progress.
