Job summary

EON, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Lake George, MN to assist individuals with daily living activities and community participation. This employee-owned organization offers ESOP benefits and comprehensive health coverage.

The role is hourly, non-exempt with flexible shifts; you must read and write English, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to document information electronically. Training is provided, and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Must not be disqualified by criminal background studies.
• Meet the physical requirements as outlined in physical assessment form.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to document information electronically.

Responsibilities

• Residential and community support for individuals served in our programs.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support bedtime routines, medication administration, and personal care.
• Encourage independent living skills (routines, meal prep, budgeting, shopping).
• Assist individuals to access community activities and participate in recreation.
