People Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals live their best life in Kenmore, NY. You’ll support daily living skills, promote community participation, and assist with personal care in a compassionate team environment.

This full-time/part-time role offers paid training, health benefits, PTO, and opportunities to grow within the organization, with a starting pay rate of $19.00 per hour and a raise to $20.00 after a 6-month probation period.

Qualificações

• Reliability, patience, and compassion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must meet physical requirements (standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing).
• Lifting requirement of 35 lbs.

• Support people in daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community events.
