People Inc. in East Aurora, NY seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help individuals live their best life. You will provide daily living support, encourage community involvement, and help individuals achieve their goals in a caring, respectful setting.

We offer paid training, benefits, and a mission-driven culture. Full-time and part-time shifts are available (Day, Evening, Overnight). The starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with a raise to $20.00 after a 6-month probation period.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position (standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing)
• Lifting requirement of 35 lbs.

• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community events
